I needed a repair to my Tumble dryer, I rang up, gave details of the appliance and the problem. Within a few minutes was called back with a quote and day the problem could be resolved. On the day the engineer called me 15 minutes prior to arrival as requested, really happy with the service this company provided. Definitely recommend.

I feel 3 stars is adequate although I like to add more but the reason for 3 stars is although the owners are very helpful and the products are good value it’s where the after service comes in force.I have purchased previously a cooker and hoover but when you pay for it the staff tell you any issues contract the manufacturer, it’s almost they don’t want to know once you purchased the items which I feel is not correct, by purchasing an item from store you have a statutory right to return if item is faulty or not as described within a certain time limit.Don’t get me wrong. I would buy again from F and K but my only concern is, as I said, post customer service and the notion once item is sold, it’s pass the buck time.

I recently brought a new house that i am renovating. So i need to plan ahead for appliances. The guy that served us was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I knew exactly what I wanted before I got there but he showed us other options for the same specs but cheaper which saved us money. The two big bonuses are free delivery locally and they will hold your appliances until it is ready to be delivered which is ideal for me. So a very happy customer.
